Description
This cup filling sealing machine automate the process of filling and sealing cups, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and product integrity. The whole process involves several steps, which are carried out in a highly automated manner.
First, the cups are fed into the machine through a conveyor belt or a feeding system. The cups are then guided to the filling station, where the product is dispensed into each cup. The filling mechanism can be adjusted to accommodate different cup sizes and product viscosities. sensors are designed to detect cups, no cup no filling.
Once the cups are filled, they move to the sealing station. Here, a heat sealing mechanism is employed to seal the cups. The heat sealing process carried out accurately and efficiently. .
Equipped with angle seat valve，it can filling liquid products like water, juice, milk, and other fluid liquid like water
Equipped with Piston, it can fill dense products like sauce, yogurt, jelly, jam, cream ,mayonnaise and so on. 
Equipped with measuring cup and muti-heads scale it can fill granules product like beans,candy,nuts,biscuits, popcorns，cereal.
Equipped wtih auger feeder or measuring cup, it can fill powder products like coffee, milk powder,seasonings.
