Description
The automatic tray sealing machine has the ability to identify trays that are already filled. It can automatically inject gas into the trays and seal them with a plastic film. The machine is also equipped with features such as film pulling, positioning, and the option to print the production date. Additionally, it can automatically collect and dispose of waste film, as well as discharge the finished products. The machine's capacity ranges from 800 to 2500 cups per hour, depending on the number of molds used, making it suitable for factory production requirements.
The entire machine is constructed using stainless steel 304 and anodized aluminum. This ensures that it can operate in unfavorable conditions commonly found in food factories, such as dampness, steam, oil, acidity, and salt. The machine's body is designed to withstand water rinsing for easy cleaning.
