Custom made EB-SF-2 automatic stripes filler machine
Working process:
-manually load product(peanut butter & chocolate into 2 separate hoppers
-Start machine manually place jar on filling station
-press foot pedal filling nozzle lower down ,measuring filling and forming stripes (optional swirl filling function)
- finish filling
-manually take filled jar away and replace new one.
Pls note : as this machine is custom made according to customers product and packing requirement.there will be difference between each other.Pictures in this file are just for reference.
This machine is specially designed for chocolate and peanut butter stripe filling.
It is adopted servo pump filler, which is specially designed for transport thick paste product, and creams that mixed with small soft particles. And driven by servo motor, it is key to ensure efficiency and high filling accuracy.
The 2 hopper that with heating and stirring, will mix the product evenly to ensure smooth transferring and filling. The working temperature is freely adjustable from 0-300degree, which allow this machine to deal with almost all liquid material.
Machine contacting parts are made in full stainless steel 304, and the surface is polished, which is completely meet the hygienic standard .
