This packing line utilizes a well-known PLC control system, a user-friendly touch screen interface, and imported components from Taiwan such as AirTac. These features ensure that the filling machine performs exceptionally well, with stable and flexible operation. The piston type linear filling method offers numerous advantages, including high accuracy, easy installation and adjustment, effortless cleaning and maintenance, and no leakage. It is suitable for filling oil into bottles of various sizes and can handle different types of liquid products. The parts that come into contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel (316L stainless steel can be customized), while the entire frame is made of stainless steel, giving it a clean and attractive appearance. This machine is widely used for automatically filling vegetable oils such as peanut oil, rapeseed oil, salad oil, olive oil, blended oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, and pepper oil, among others.
