Description
This is our new servo piston filling machine.It has reached the international advanced level ,partial has exceeded the similar product.It is also suitable for the filling of daily chemicals,oil liquid,sauce,getergent liquid,cosmetics,medicinel liquid and flammable and explosive liquid . It adopts PLC and touch screen control panel for control material. It is characterized by accurate measuring ,advanced structure ,stable operating ,low noise ,large adjusting range ,fast filling speed. Operators adjust and meter figure in the touch screen control panel , also can adjust metering of each filling head . The external surface of this machine is made of excellent stainless steel . Good appearance , applied to GMP standard.
Features
1. Workflow: bottle feeding→filling→adding dropper cap→screw capping→self adhesive labeling→ribbon printing (optional)→inkjet printing (optional)→bottle collecting→cartoning (optional).
2. This machine use a mechanical arm to screw caps, equipped with automatic sliding device, to prevent damage to the cap.
3. Peristaltic pump measuring, accurate measurement, easy to control.
4. Filling system has suction / anti-drip device.
5. Color touch screen display, PLC control system, no bottle no filling/ no adding plug/ no capping.

Round Bottle Feeding Table

The machine body is made of high-quality stainless steel, other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series materials, and electrical and pneumatic systems are made of imported parts. 2. The diameter of the rotary table is 800mm, suitable for bottle diameter of 40-130mm and height of 30-200mm. 3. According to different bottle types, the production efficiency can be as fast as 60 bottles per minute. |
